BI Beeby HYVE Labs

Terms of Service

The agreement for using BI Bee.

01The service

BI Bee is an analytics product operated by HYVE Labs that turns uploaded files and authorized data connections into dashboards, reports, alerts and analyst answers inside a private workspace. By creating a workspace or using BI Bee you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

02Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity performed under your sessions. The workspace owner decides who is an admin and can transfer ownership; owners and admins invite, remove and change the roles of analysts and viewers; you must only invite people authorized to see the workspace's data. A workspace belongs to the organisation it was created for. If its owner can no longer be reached, HYVE Labs support may, at the request of one of the workspace's admins, move ownership to that admin after verifying the organisation and its right to the workspace, emailing the owner, and waiting 7 days without an objection from the owner.

03Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect. You grant HYVE the limited right to process that data solely to provide BI Bee to your workspace. You are responsible for having the legal right to upload or connect the data you bring, including any personal data it contains, and for configuring field sensitivity and member access appropriately.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access another tenant's data; probe, disable or overload the service; connect endpoints you do not have authorization to read; upload malicious content; resell or white-label the service without a written agreement; or use BI Bee in violation of applicable law, including data-protection and sanctions law.

05Plans, billing and trials

Trial workspaces are provided for evaluation with documented capacity limits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing presented at checkout or in your order form. Plan limits (sources, dashboards, reports, alerts, members, rows) are enforced by the product. Deleting a workspace, or the account that solely owns it, cancels its subscription at the end of the current billing period, or at once if a payment is failing; amounts already paid are not refunded. A checkout still open for the workspace is cancelled, and a checkout completed after the workspace was deleted is refunded in full. We may suspend workspaces for non-payment after reasonable notice.

06Availability and support

BI Bee is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Self-serve plans do not include a contractual SLA; uptime, support and recovery commitments for enterprise deployments are defined in a separate written agreement. We may modify features over time, and we will not materially degrade the security posture described on our security page without notice.

07Connected providers

Connections to Google, Shopify, Meta or other providers are subject to those providers' own terms. Revoking access from the provider side or disconnecting the source in BI Bee stops future imports and destroys stored credentials.

08Intellectual property

HYVE retains all rights to the BI Bee software, design and brand. You may not copy, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation.

09Termination

You may stop using BI Bee at any time and may delete your workspace from the workspace settings page, which permanently removes its data. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.

10Disclaimers and liability

BI Bee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Analytical outputs (including analyst answers, forecasts and recommendations) are informational and do not constitute professional advice; you are responsible for decisions made from them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYVE's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for BI Bee in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HYVE Labs is registered, unless a signed order form or master agreement between us specifies otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
